Mrs. Mary Griffith, 61 years old, died at her home here last evening at 9 o’clock as the result of a shock which she suffered about 3 o’clock in the afternoon. She was the sister of the late Silas Griffith, and besides two brothers, Charles H., and William P. Griffith of this place, she is survived by two nieces, Mrs. W. H. Riddle of Brookline, Mass., and Miss Sarah Griffith of Danby.
The funeral services will be held here Tuesday afternoon at 1 o’clock with burial in the Scottsville cemetery.
