MISSIONARY SOCIETY MEETS

​The Woman’s Missionary society was entertained on Friday afternoon by Mrs. K. T. Griffith and Miss Emma Rising. There was a good attendance. The president, Mrs. B. J. Griffith, presided. A thank offering program entitled “The Light of the World,” was followed and offering taken up. Rev. W. A. McIntire spoke, touching on both foreign and home missionary work. Victrola selections and a solo by Mrs. L. J. Rabner accompanied by Miss Vera Griffith were part of the program. During the social hour that followed refreshments were served.
