Become a Member!

As a member you can help the Society:
  • Discover, collect and preserve material relating to the history of both towns and the area, its inhabitants
  • Foster and encourage an educational interest in this history for the general public and future generations. 
Members enjoy participating in historical explorations of the area and are entitled to discounts on merchandise in our store.

Membership Levels

Individual - $10.00

  • Yearly dues for any person interested in the purposes of the society

Family - $15.00

  • Yearly dues for any family interested in the purposes of the society

Lifetime - $150

  • Open to individuals who make a single, significant contribution to the society

Institutional - $50

  • Yearly dues for any non-individual incorporated or unincorporated entity interested in the purposes of the society. Includes individual membership for an employee

Sustaining - $100

  • Any person, family or entity offering special support of the objectives of the society above the annual dues for Individual/Family or Institutional Membership


After being a Single member for five years, a Single Member can pay another $50 to

become a Life Member.
